Believe in Kids Dinner raised more than $470,000 net to support CYC programs

The Honorable Kim Foxx, Cook County State's Attorney and CYC alumna, gave the keynote speech. She spoke about the people who recognized her potential when she was a child growing up in Cabrini Green. "I am the product of the family members, teachers, strangers, and organizations who believed in me."

Thanks to our generous sponsors and supporters, the 2017 Believe in Kids Dinner: Above & Beyond on May 18 raised more than $470,000 net to support Chicago Youth Centers' (CYC) programs that empower CYC children to go above and beyond, achieve upward mobility, and become tomorrow's leaders. 

We are very proud to announce that CYC friends and supporters gave an incredible $105,000 in the room that evening alone. Your generosity truly changes lives. Thank you!
