The Chicago Youth Centers President’s Leadership Council (PLC) is a dedicated group of knowledgeable individuals committed to improving the lives of Chicago’s youth and their communities. The PLC hosts an annual Fall Forum to initiate inclusive dialog about the welfare of Chicago’s youth, and serves as a valuable resource and inspiration to others.
